Dosa Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Almond flour

  • 2 scoops of all plant protein powder

  • 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella

  • 1 cup of light Coconut milk thick

  • Salt and a pinch Hing (asafetida)

  • 2 tablespoons of Coconut oil/ Ghee

  • 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed powder (optional)

  • 4 tablespoons of warm water (optional)

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Ginger

  • Green Chillies

Directions for Dosa

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all plant protein powder, mozzarella cheese, coconut milk, flaxseed powder, asafetida (optional) and salt, until you get a smooth and pouring consistency batter.
  • Let the batter rest for at least 10-15 minutes. Adjust with warm water if the batter is too thick.
  • Then grease a non-stick pan with coconut oil/ghee.
  • Pour the batter and spread it evenly in a circular shape.
  • Drizzle some oil/ ghee and cook on medium-low heat until red or golden and the sides begin to lift a bit from the pan.
  • Lastly, fold over and serve with coconut chutney.

  • Shredded coconut, ginger, green chillies, few salts for taste grind together in a blender and serve with dosa.
